Description: Land Use - Land Cover information provides environmental scientists an understanding of the relationships between human activities, land surface physiography and water resources. A copy of the 2019 NWFWMD db was used as a base in conjunction with the States 2022 digital imagery and Leon Counties 2022 imagery to update the database to reflect 2022 land use and land cover. A single modification has been made to represent the remaining damage from hurricane Michael. A code of ‘9993: Hurricane Impact’ was assigned the classification for both the land use and land cover.
