20230523 14593700 1.0 TRUE Grout Line Northwest Florida Water Management District (District) has been delegated responsibility for the permitting of construction of water wells within the District's jurisdictional boundaries. The District has developed a set of rules addressing the construction requirements for wells and these rules are incorporated into Chapter 40A-3, Florida Administrative Code. The grouting requirements for the construction of water wells within the District were modified by the Department of Environmental Protection in a letter dated September 10, 1980.
